| The MO in Boston really is a 5 Star when it comes to service, a truly good 'Team' of staff. Good rooms, we had a comfortable Mandarin King (+ rollaway for child) for 7 nts, very clean, good space & a great bathroom with big bath, large shower & toilet with frosted curtesy door, essential when travelling with a 'recently' very private 12 yr old! Great position close to 'Newbury Street' for shops & of course you can take the hotel lift straight down into the Prudential Shopping Centre! This hotel meets both Business & Pleasure requirements. |

| the room and hotel has a great modern, yet elegant and classic feeling to it. great for those who like luxury with a low key privacy. it lived up and exceeded my every expectation. the restroom is the highlight; the room itself is exceptional-- it is worth staying in the room without going out! |

| The room was big, the bed was comfortable, the service exceptional.
How to get out of the hotel into the Prudential Plaza shopping arcade could be better marked. |

| The hotel was fabulous and while expensive, well worth it. The only negative is that they charge for wifi. In this day and age, why would you nickel and dime at such a high end hotel? Nevertheless, here iare the stand outs: Location, luxurious, delicious truffle fries at the bar downstairs, excellent housekeeping, courteous and friendly staff, and heavenly spa. The weather outside was unseasonably cold and rainy but I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Will be returning when in Boston again. |

| I have stayed in luxury hotels all over the world, and often you pay a high price but get lower quality than expected. This hotel is on top of my list for every country I travel to from now on! Their guest services, cleanliness & space is superior to any other luxury chain. Great location, within walking distance to everything. |
